Welcome to the Creekwood PTA's 2024 Spring Fling!

 

WHO: Open to the community

WHAT: A night of games and activities, food, raffles, a silent auction, and so much more.

WHERE: Outside at Creekwood Middle School

WHEN: Friday, May 10th • 5pm-8:30pm.

WHY: CMS PTA's annual fundraiser. All proceeds go back into the school to help our teachers, staff and the campus with various expenses and activities.

COST: Free to attend! Some activities will require tickets though. See info below for details.

 

 

TICKET INFORMATION

 

Preorder now to save time and money! Ticket presales are open Monday, April 29 - Monday, May 6. Special pricing is available during this time only. There will be a Will Call table set up at the Spring Fling to pick up your tickets. View our price list on the TICKET PREORDER FORM to see what will be offered and for how much.

 

Tickets can also be purchased the night of the Spring Fling at full price. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

RAFFLE DRAWINGS

 

Be sure to stop by to view our incredible raffle items donated by our wonderful business community, families and friends!

 

TICKETS TO ENTER the raffles are available for $1 and $5; ticket price will be based on the item's estimated value. Raffle ticket sales will close at 7:00pm.

 

All drawings will be held the night of the Spring Fling. Winners will be announced at 7:30pm! You do not need to be present to win, but if you are, you can take home your item that night.

SILENT AUCTION

 

Our Silent Auction will go live on Monday, May 6th and run through Friday, May 10th. All items will be on display at the Spring Fling on Friday night. Winners will be able to take their items home!

CANOPY RENTAL

 

New this year! Reserve your very own canopy for the night. Included with the $50 rental will be two chairs and two waters. The canopy will be set up along the sidewalk between the food area and games area. Easy access to everything! Only FIVE will be available during the evening. RESERVE NOW.

Consider being a family or business sponsor! We offer four levels to choose from: a $100 Colt Stampede level, $250 Colt Cavalry level, $500 Stallions level and the featured $1000 Colt Champions level. Donations are tax deductible.

ART SHOW

 

The CMS Art Department is presenting an Art Show this year. CMS students’ art projects will be displayed in the cafeteria (with the AC!) during the entire evening. Be sure to stop by and view the art!

FOOD

 

Spring Fling will have you covered for dinner! Campfield’s Creole Kitchen and Southern Vacation Catering will offer lots of variety for dinner, while Kona Ice and Lil' Orbits-Houston Mini Donuts will satisfy your sweet tooth. A Concessions Stand will also be set up to sell candy, chips, sodas and water. Come hungry, leave happy!

PARKING

 

The school parking lot will be closed for the event. Please park on the street or at one of the nearby churches and walk over.

The Spring Festival will take place on Friday, May 10th, weather permitting. It will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds on preorders.
